There once was a kid named Cocky Carl. He played soccer, and thought he was the best on his team. One day Carl had a soccer game, and he knew he was going to win. However, he was about to learn that he couldn’t do it alone.

When Carl got to the field, he saw his teammates taking shots at the goal to warm up. He thought to himself, “I don’t need them.” Carl heard them calling him to warm up with them, but he ignored them. Instead of warming up, he decided to play video games on his phone.

It was game time and Carl took the ball from his teammates and tried to get past all of the players on the other team without passing. Carl soon lost the ball and the other team scored. This happened three more times as the game went on.

At the end of the game, all of his teammates were mad at him. Carl knew it was all his fault that they had lost the game. He learned his lesson and apologized to his teammates for being cocky and selfish. From that day on, he was kind and caring and his new name was Caring Carl.
